Vyacheslav Rakov

Vyacheslav Rakov was born in Perm in 1953. In 1976 he graduated from the Faculty of History of the PSU. Candidate of Historical Sciences. He works at Perm State University. The sphere of his scientific interests is European studies. In 2010 he graduated from the Department of Theology at the Regional Institute of Continuing Education at PSU.
