Vladimir Malanin

Vladimir Malanin is the President Perm State National Research University. He has been the rector of Perm State University for 23 years. Malanin is a member of Perm Scientific Center of the Ural Brach of the Russian Academy of Science presidium, a member of Perm Krai Public Chamber. He is a part of Rector Union Council of Russian Federation. He is also a member of the Federal Education Agency board.
He is an Honoured Scientist of Russian Federation, Honorary Worker of Higher Education, Honoured Citizen of Perm Krai and Honoured Citizen of Perm.
