Yulia Batalina - journalist, film critic, editor. Yulia started her career at film distribution company Creative Union “Initsiativa” in 1987 at which she published weekly newspaper “At Prikamie Screens” and lectured about cinema. From 1993 to 2000 she worked at Rifey TV Channel. Since 2001 she has been observer of “Noviy Kompanion” newspaper covering topics about arts and culture. From 2008 to 2010 – Chief Editor of “Shpil” magazine. Since September, 2010 she has been Editor of Perm newspaper “Piatnitsa”.
