Born on November 6, 1977 in Neryungri, the Republic of Sakha. A social worker by education. Founder of ANO "Siberian Independent Film Studio" (since 2008) and ANO RK Siberian Film Commission (since 2013). The founder of the project is SiberiaDOC (since 2010). Member of the "Kino Soyuz" (Union of Cinematographers and professional cinematographic organizations and associations). Since 2015, a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. He has produced a few films in co-production with French film companies such as «Petit à Petit Production», «A VIF CINEMAS» и «CO-Kine».
