Lou McLoughlan

brings the skills of painter, photographer and writer to her film making. Her films frame the anarchy of documentary in the narrative strength of fiction. In 2011 she finshed a MFA in film direction at the Edinburgh College of Art with renowned tutor, Emma Davies. In 2011 she was selected as one of BAFTAs “Brits to watch”, awarded two BAFTAs, a Grierson, and an RTS Award.
