is a filmmaker, cameraman, scriptwriter, producer, the Honored Artist of Russia. Alexander was born in 1945, he graduated from Leningrad Polytechnical Institute in 1968 and VGIK in 1978. He is the artistic director of “Atelie-Film-Alexander”. Lives in St. Petersburg
