Enthusiastic English teacher, desperately looking for new adventures, decides to spend a year in a small, far away country he has never heard before. He is one of thousand English speakers who arrived to Georgia to be part of a «linguistic revolution». A teacher is sent to the village, where time stands still, no signs of promised revolutionary changes, and no desire to change at all… Villagers are facing completely different set of challenges.

Nino Orjonikidze

Nino Orjonikidze

is a documentary film director and producer. After graduating from Goldsmiths, University of London, she worked as a producer and director of documentary films for Rustavi 2 and, later, for Internews Georgia. In 2008, Nino established independent production company Artefact Production. Nino is a faculty member of the Caucasus school of Journalism and Media Management, teaching MA students TV journalism and documentary film.

Vano Arsenishvili

Vano Arsenishvili

is a film director, cinematographer and editor. After Graduating from the Cinema and Film institute in Tbilisi, he continued his studies at the Vienna Film Academy – film directing class led by Michael Haneke. Since 2004 Vano worked for Television Production in Georgia on reality shows and documentaries. He occasionally works as project consultant/editor on different media projects/documentary or fiction films. In 2008 established Artefact Production. Since then he works on documentary film production (directing, editing, filming, web design).
