This short film is a portrait of a young Mongolian woman who came as a child from Mongolia to Germany with great expectations. In the film we are following the protagonist’s story from the first bananas she has ever eaten in her life, the solidarity in eastern Germany, her drug experiences, mass consumption and how she found the way back to herself in the prostitution milieu.

Tatjana Kleut

was born in Yugoslavia, Tatjana spent her childhood in Forst, a small town in Lusatia in the south-eastern part of Brandenburg in east Germany. She worked as a freelancer in film and television projects and decided very early to walk the path of filmmakers. As autodidact she made her directoral debut with her film «A Mongolian girl with a bag full of happiness».
