Matiss Kaza

is a filmmaker currently based in New York City. Matiss Kaza grew up in Riga, Latvia. Fascinated with film from an early age, Kaza has worked on several feature-length documentaries as a writer. As a documentarian, he is interested in telling stories about personalities, places and issues, which are overlooked by the general society. One Ticket Please is his debut in documentary directing.
