was born on October 31, 1955. He graduated from Moscow Instiute of Culture (1979). From 1980 to 1991 Rashid worked as a film director on Perm Oblast Television. He was jobless through the years of Perestroika, from 1995 to 2000 he worked as a director of central park of culture and leisure in Perm. In 2000-2002 – Chief Editor of «Uralsvyazinform» TV company, then – as a production director of «Permvideofilm». Since 2004 – as a freelance filmmaker.
