Konstantin Saltykov
was born in 1991 in Perm. Graduated from the Documentary direction faculty at Perm State Academy of Art and Culture (2013, class of Pavel Petchenkin and Rashid Davletshin). He takes part in the All-Russian festivals of youth cinema every year.
