Grzegorz Zariczny
was born in 1983 in Kokotow. He earned a degree in Film Directing from the Faculty of Radio and Television of the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed the documentary course at the Wajda School, where he made his award-winning documentary debut «The Dog Hill» (2010). He is a laureate of the Talent Trojka award (the award of the 3rd Programme of the Polish Radio) and a winner of the Creative Scholarship granted by the City of Krakow. In 2014, he received the Creative Scholarship of the Minister of Culture.
