A film about the musician Sergei Mayorov and the love of his life – the Russian balalaika. He is a balalaika virtuoso of the legendary state dance ensemble in Siberia. Half of the world aplauded to his solo numbers. And he was one of the first in the Siberian region to start making Russian folk instruments at the beginning of the 2000s turning his kitchen into a workshop.

graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television (Sound Dept.). As the sound producer, he has taken part in the creation of more than 80 award-winning films, noticed by the international and Russian film festivals. Nowadays he is the director of LLC Krasnoyarskaya Kinostudiya and the member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia.
