Art on the Fingertips (0+)

Russia, 2011, colour, 52 min.
Director: Alexey Pogrebnoy
Aleksander Petrov is a talented cartoonist, awardee of numerous Russian and international competitions. Over the years he received many interesting work offers from abroad but he refused as he feels at home only in the small town of Yaroslavl. Here he has founded an animation studio and raises a new generation of cartoonists. Aleksander’s special drawing technique – with fingers over the glass - requires not only great artistic talent but great skill and patience. That’s why it is so hard for the master to choose a new film and decision-making sometimes takes years.
