Mom, I'll Kill You (18+)

Russia, 2013, colour, 54 min.
Director: Elena Pogrebizhskaya
Sashka, Nastia and Lekha live it an orphanage for mentally charged kids. This boarding facility is more like a kids' prison, even though adults who work there are sure that they make children happy. These children don't know yet that they'll never be tamers, paratroopers or doctors because all of them are registered as mentally ill. Why psychiatrists register even normal smart kids that get there?

AWARDS

Anatoliy Pristavkin Special prize, Stalker (Russia); 3d place for directing, Black Maria (USA).
