A film about Russian village, an ordinary Orthodox parish which is viewed as just the ideal ecovillage so many times discussed by Green parties. But in this world meeting which modern people feel sincere amazement and wonder in the face of Life and Creation ordinary people live. They gathered in a small village over a river, around a white church build in the end of 18th century to live together, to work together, to smile at each other and at least to be patient towards each other. To do so people need to believe in something common.

Valery Timoshenko

Valery Timoshenko

was born on 21 January, 1959 in Krasnodar. He graduated from Script and Film Studies Department of VGIK, worked as script writer and documentary filmmaker. In 1989 he was commander of rescue team during earthquake in Armenia. He worked as cameraman and film director during military conflicts in Karabakh, Abkhazia, Chechnya and South Ossetia. Now he is president of ANO «N. Minervin Krasnodar Film Studio» and board member of Filmmakers’ Union of Russia.
