April Butler’s career in television production began in 1986 with cinematography and editing for CTV, CBC, Global and for Bravo, "Sounds like Motown" before transitioning into directing and producing. In 2008, she followed her passion for documentaries full tilt and directed the 2010 Leo Nominated "The Brothel Project".
