This film is about an amazing artist from Solikamsk - Michail Michailovich Potapov - who depicts Egyptian pharaohs. He considers himself pharaoh Ehnaton's elder daughter who lived more than two thousand years ago and who once incarnated into his body... This modest and optimistic film proves that one can survive and remain a human being even under the most difficult circumstances. The life of the main character - the old artist - reflects the fate of Russian inelligentsia in general.
