Kacper Lisowski

Director of photography

Kacper Lisowski was born in 1972 in Warsaw. He graduated from the cinematography department of The National Film School in Łódź and Andrzej Wajda‘s Masterschool of Directing in Warsaw. Currently works as a scriptwriter, director of photography and director. His works as the DOP on documentaries include, among others: “The Real End of the Cold War” by Jerzy Śladkowski, “Every Touch Leaves a Trace” by Anna Zakrzewska and “Chemo” by Paweł Łozinski which won Prix Europa in 2009.  The latest film with his photography “You Have No Idea How Much I Love You” by Paweł Łozinski received the Silver Prize at Krakow Film Festival and numerous awards. Among his director‘s credits are feature film “Stacja Warszawa” – as co-director, and short feature “Father’s Day” (2014) which received Prix de Jeunesse at Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival and a prize for Best Feature at Krakow IFF.
