Cay Wesnigk

Cay Wesnigk studied visual communication at the University of Arts in Hamburg. He is a board member of AG DOK, Germany’s documentary Association (850 members) and also of VG Bild-Kunst, the German collecting agency for creators. 2009 – 2014 he was a board member of the European Documentary Network. In 1987 he founded the Counter Clockwise Film production. He writes, directs and produces feature length and short films. They all went to intl. festivals were screened on tv, had a theatrical release or were on the home video market. In 2000, together with 120 other creators, he founded OnlineFILM AG – an author- owned VoD platform, of which he is CEO.
