Iikka Vehkalahti is Executive Producer for the Finnish Broadcasting Company / YLE, TV2 Documentaries alongside being the Executive producer for the projects Steps for the Future and The Another Finland. Vehkalahti is also Executive Producer of Step India and a member of the working group of democracy project. He has commissioned documentaries awarded at Cannes, Venice Film Festivals, Prix Italy and Prix Europe competitions. Among the more recent of these films are 3 Rooms of Melancholy, A Decent Factory, Riots on! and Lakshmi and Me.
