Oleg Leibovich was born in 1949. He is the author of the books on the history of the soviet society day-to-day life: “In the city M”, “A letter to comrade Stalin. Political world of M. Danilkin” (in association with Anna Kimerling), publisher of sources on 20 century culture: “The diary of a working man”, “Germans in Prikamie”, etc. He has repeatedly acted as an expert in the field of cultural policy.
