Angelina Golikova

director, producer, lead producer of documentaries at MTS-media

Graduated from VGIK, faculty of feature film directing (workshop of V.I. Khotinenko, V.A. Fenchenko). Since 2002, she has been working as a director and producer. Since 2010, she has been a creative producer at "Studio Ostrov" (studio of documentary films, awarded with Emmy, Teffi, Nika, Golden Eagle, British Television Academy Award and many others). Since 2010 she has been Director of the Moscow International Film Festival documentary program "Free Thought". Since 2013 she has been a lecturer at the Russian State University of Cinematography (VGIK) in the subject of editing in film. During her career she has directed more than 20 documentaries, the most recent of which was “Kresty” (the first Russian documentary to be released on Netflix in 2021). Currently she holds the position of Lead Producer of documentaries at MTS Media (KION online cinema).

MTS Media is a subsidiary of MTS Group that develops its media assets and television products, which include IPTV, cable and satellite television broadcasting, content distribution and production (including KION online cinema).
