Adam Papliński

founder of Pitch the doc platform, producer

has been involved in various fields of film industry for over 25 years. He worked as freelance assistant director, production manager and producer for feature films, TV spots and documentaries. In 2010-2015, in frames of Academy of Documentary Arts (ADA) he coordinated the unique international documentary training and pitching event in Poland – “Dragon Forum” and was the head of educational programs undertaken by ADA in Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, where he was also tutoring and consulting film projects. From 2016 he is running "Pitch the Doc" – the on-line platform based on his own concept, dedicated to present documentary film projects in the pitching-like way, promote them as well as build their international recognition and visibility.

He is a member of Polish Filmmakers Association, Documentary Association of Europe (DEA) and International Documentary Association (IDA).
