The international documentary film festival DOKer (Moscow, Russia) suggests to see the world through the eyes of filmmakers from dozens of countries and to feel the universal human experiences, reflections, and aspirations.

The program is presented by Sergey Katchkin, a member of the Selection Committee of the IDFF DOKer.
