A unique observation of the miraculous birth of a new art space in the city. Director Nastya Korkiya captures the appearance of GES-2, the opening long awaited by all of Moscow. 

The director gives voice not only to officials of the cultural institution, but mainly to its employees, ordinary people who, in fact, create this place with their own hands: builders, technical workers, keepers. It is with them that the most touching, comical, dramatic scenes are associated. In this film, there is no observation of the usual Flahertiana hero, but there is an observation of the process of creation and the efforts of a dozen people united by one goal.
