"Play Blind" is a film about a pianist Elena. She became blind when she was eight, but even then there was a chance to reverse the situation – if she went to Moscow. Alas, trip to Moscow was an impossible luxury for Elena’s family. Now she is twenty-six, and she has reached each of her goals on her own: music education, performances at the best world stages, love. And what’s important, finally – she is in Moscow, but doctors can help no more, “It’s too late.”

Viktoria Kazarina

Viktoria Kazarina
is a journalist, documentary film director, scriptwriter on TV programs. She was born in Moscow in 1975. In 2003 she graduated from journalism faculty of Moscow State University. She worked with many Moscow newspapers and magazines writing about cultural events in the capital city. Later she became interested in documentary films.
