The film is about the inhabitants of the area Otradnoye who fight for their rights. Sudden outset which occupies the third part of the park has divided the area residents on two fronts. The first one goes out to protest to defend the water reservoir and the only leisure area. The second – equally active – defends its right to have access to the Orthodox Church. Will the neighbors find a compromise for satisfying both parties? Perhaps they will be able to find common ground and solve this problem in a civilized way. But if bigotry and stubbornness prevail over the characters then the very essence of their dispute will vanish.
