Chinese investor Jonathan Pang purchased an old military airbase in a remote area of north east Germany. Here, he wants to create an international hub for China, Europe and Africa. Stefan Eberlein

was born in 1967 in Germany. 1988-1994 studying Science of communication in Munich. He started working in documentary in 1995 and joined Romuald Karmakars as co-author of HIMMLER PROJECT. In 2000 he founded the production company Filmbuero Sued together with Manuel Fenn. Since than he produced and directed more than 25 tvdocumentaries for Public German Television. PARCHIM INTERNATIONAL, which he realized together with Manuel Fenn, is his theatrical debut as a director.

Manuel Fenn

Manuel Fenn

was born 1969, Manuel Fenn grew up in Munich. He studied at the School for Film and Television “Konrad Wolf” in Potsdam and is working as a self-employed director and cinematographer. In 2000 he founded the production company “Filmbüro Süd” with Stefan Eberlein, specializing in sensitive, often awarded tv-documentaries. His wide-ranging productions are concerned with political and cultural hot spots of the world. PARCHIM INTERNATIONAL, which he realized together with Stefan Eberlein, is his theatrical debut as a director.
