The film titled “Room” is one of the observing documentaries, not interfering with reality or putting them in an optimized or even falsified light. Deliberately less forceful stylistic devices were used, in order to not dictate the viewer a certain judgement. Of course you only get a limited picture and accordingly you develop a certain spectre of judging, still it’s being visualized as softly as possible.

Adrian Witzel
was born 1993 in a small industrial city called Bochum in Germany, is currently studying film and art at the academy of media arts Cologne. Before he started his academic studies, he got the opportunity to work for small video and photography companies near his hometown. Therefore his work is really inspired by the classical and clean image, nearly just like a moving photograph.
