was born and raised in Saint Petersburg. She graduated from the Institute of Cinema and Television as a film director, got her diploma with honours. Since 2003 she has been working as a script writer and director for St.Petersburg Documentary Film Studios and Lennauchfilm Studio. She is a lecturer in the Institute of Cinema and Television for the TV journalism department.
