South Korea, 2016, colour, 87 min.
Director: Hyewon Jee
Five years ago, a passionate yet hot-tempered Korean opera singer Jae-Chang Kim, resembling the character of “Angry Birds”, started a children’s choir in a small Indian town. Moms and dads of his pupils considered the choir a waste of time. To convince the parents Kim decided to train them too for a joint concert with their children. The film follows a 15-month-long journey of Kim and his choir from the first parents’ meeting to the final concert.
