Black Russians (18+)

Russia, 2008, colour, 29 min.
Director: Alexey Romanov
The film shows us a contrast of two heroes. They are both Africans who came to Russia to study medicine. Patric is very serious and hardworking, he has his life planned. And John doesn't know himself what he wants, not even planning his day. Patric obeys his common sense, John obeys his changeable mood only. In addition they are far away from home, in a foreign country where your words and deeds weigh much more than in your homeland... How does a foreigner feel in modern Russia? What does one see from the point of view of an observer?

AWARDS
