Mikhail Gorobchuk
was born in 1988 in the city of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Region. In 2010, he graduated from the cameraman department of Gerasimo v Institute of Cinematography (VGIK, workshop of I.S. Klebanov). In 2007-2011, he headed the animation studio at the Pleskovo boarding school. In 2012, he debuted as a non-fiction film director and in 2013 already he received the National Award in the field of non-fiction film and TV “Laurel Branch” in the nomination “The Best Cinematographer in the Profession”.
