Rashid Davletshin

was born in 1955. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Culture (1979). Rashid worked as a film director on Perm Television, Chief Editor of “Uralsvyazinform” TV company,
a production director of “Permvideofilm”. Since 2004, he was a freelance filmmaker teaching documentary in Perm State Institute of Culture and Perm State University. Died on January 19, 2019.
