Kapitolina Dolgikh was born and raised in Perm. She graduated from the Perm State Institute of Culture as the director of the photo and film studio (workshop of Rashid Davletshin and Pavel Pechenkin). Since 2019, has worked at Novy Kurs Film Studio.
