Malgorzata (Maggie) is 50 years old. She was born with a condition called muscular dystrophy. A few years ago she stopped even moving her fingers altogether. Teamed up with Krystian (Chris), her life partner and a motorbikes lover, she sets out on a journey of a lifetime during which they try their best to slowly tame the inevitably oncoming death.

Monika Melen
is a director, editor, presenter. Since 2003 she has been permanently associated with TVP – Polish Television, the Polish public service broadcaster. She graduated from the Cultural Studies faculty of the University of Silesia (specialization in film studies) as well as from the Journalist Faculty of the Jagiellonian University. Currently, she is working on a new documentary series for TVP 1.
