Six residents of the Buryat village Moigoty, located on the federal highway, have been living beyond civilization for more than twenty years – without light and electricity. In the late 90s, an old substation burned down, it was taken away for repairs and forgotten to be returned, after which most of the inhabitants left the village – only six remained. They do not want to go anywhere, they are building a hotel for tourists and do not lose hope that someday the authorities will remember them.
