Valeria Kurbatova

worked at the Leningrad television as a reporter, editor and director. In 1990 she has begun filming documentaries. In 1992-1993 she made the first ever film about Sergei Dovlatov, which was completed only in 2012 and since then has been to several film festivals. Since 2006 she lives in the United States.
