Genrikh Ivanovich Sergeev from the Verkhoshizhemye village calls himself “iron Genrikh” not only because of his commitment to various pieces of iron, but also because of that iron will which is required to endure all these trials and tribulations he has been overcoming since childhood.
While any other guy in his position would just quietly live through his days in a wheelchair, Genrikh Ivanovich became the most renowned person in the district. He is good at anything, he is an inventor, a journalist, a musician, a poet, he even made up a coat of arms for his native village. With him life is in full swing and he gives birth to the ideas that can change the routine everyday life into a festive holiday.

Alexey Pogrebnoy

was born in 1947 in Konstantinovka village of Amur region, graduated from MGIK in 1970 and Leningrad State Theatre Arts Academy in 1978. He has been directing documentaries since 1974. Aleksey is an Honored Art Worker of Russian Federation, winner of Russian State Prizes (2000 and 2004), the member of Russian Television Academy, Eurasion Television Academy and the Academy of Cinematographic Arts «Nika». Aleksey Pogrebnoy is the author of more than 90 documentary films.
