Andrey is a dedicated Christian that lives in a farm yard in steppe. He makes a living through hunting and fishing or whatever God sends his way. He hasn’t reached the level when he would stop killing animals for food but he is on the way.
Another hunter, Aleksey has a clear goal – to get meat. For him a killed wood grouse is just one meter of length and 4 kilograms of weight. And a pot of soup. And if the lives of hunters are similar, their paths are different.

In 2002 Ivan Savchenko graduated from VGIK as a cameraman. He worked for STS, TVS, Zvezda channels and recently has founded Documental Non-Commercial Film Studio “O'k Film”.
