Saiwan Saeedan studies at the College of the Fine Arts. He needs to complete his last project to get his degree. His project is based on a documentary on the daily life of some villagers. The life of the villagers will be photographed, then painted, and shown in an exhibition in the same village. For him it is important to document all aspects of life in this village. It is for this reason he is so much concerned about a cow whose leg is broken after falling down in snow.

Hossein Jehani
was born in 1963 in the north of Iran. Since the age of 15, he has been involved in political activities. For this reason he was arrested and put into prison twice at the age of 16 and 17 by the Islamic regime of Iran. After that he was forced to leave Iran. He stayed in the Kurdish mountains for almost 14 years. In 1995 he migrated to Australia as refugee through the United Nations program. Since then he has lived in Australia.
