A story of a 53-year-old lonely doctor of psychiatry, who lives with his overprotective mother. When a woman enters his life, the conflict begins. After many years of sexual abstinence, Ewa made him again feel as a man. «Let’s come to your senses as you are 53 years old!» – mother shouts. Son answers with St Paul’s words: «Child respect your parents, be obedient. Parents do not irritate your children for they did not lose heart».

Marcin Koszalka
was born in Cracow, studied sociology at the Jagiellonian University, and graduated from the Cinematography and Production Depts of the Film School at the University of Silesia. He is cinematographer of several feature films and director of a number of widely appreciated documentary films.
