is a feature and documentary director, an actress, a writer and a teacher. In 1975 she graduated from the film department of Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater. From 1975 to 1994 she worked as a director on Lithuanian TV. From 1995 she’s been teaching at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater. Her characters are people out of society, eccentrics and their life full of difficulties.
