Black and white pictures and old women’s stories on the one side and real traditions and ceremonies – on the other side have been mixed in this film. One can say, this film is about Russian wedding but in fact, it is about one short moment and girl’s expectations.

Aleksandra Strelyanaya
was born in Saint Petersburg in 1978. In 2005, she graduated from Saint-Petersburg University of Cinema and Television (Photography department, D. Dolinon’s workshop). In 2007, she received diploma as a director at the same university (workshop of V. Semenyuk and V. Aksenov).
