Vladimir Popov
was born in 1961 in Kazakhstan. Graduated from the historical faculty of Nizhni Tagil Pedagogical Institute in 1988. From 1996 to 1998 studied at the Higher Courses of Scriptwriters and Film Directors. Works at Sverdlovsk Film Studios, lives in Alapaevsk.
