My childhood was always full of secrets and reticences. My parents separated when I was 2 and I could never put the whole picture together. In addition, after the divorce, my parents preferred not to see or talk to each other, while I, as a child, really wanted to just see them together. “To the Lighthouse” is a big dream of a small child that just needed to come true.
