Olga Bazhenova graduated from the Scriptwriting and Film Studies department of the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography, completed the traineeship in festival management at the European Network of Young Cinema Nisi Masa. Olga worked in the sphere of commercial theatrical film distribution, as a program director for "Baltika" movie theater. Creator and curator of the course “Film Distribution” in Moscow Art College 59. For 3 years Olga worked as the editor-in-chief of "Kinomechanic" — an analytical periodical about the film industry. For 5 years — as a coordinator of the film festival promotion agency with the catalogue of more than 350 films. As a journalist, agent and expert, Ilga worked at the world biggest film markets and festivals.
